• Meet with you and formulate a plan for cost effective enhancements to maximize the value of the home.

• Supervise the enhancements with experienced professionals for on time, on budget completion.

• Remove the debris and hazardous waste.

• Assist with moving, disposal of unwanted personal property, arranging garage/estate sales and donation collection.

• Assist with determining which reports are necessary and how disclosures are to be made within today’s legal framework.

• Make recommendations to needed professionals, such as Attorneys, CPA’s, Fiduciaries, Estate Liquidators, Inspectors, Contractors, etc.. (in many cases with free consultations).

• At your request, I will communicate at all stages the marketing that will go into the selling of your property.
